About Us & History:

In light of vast combined capabilities of factories of Urom Shayan Kaff and Shayan Gostar we are proud to cooperate with those enrolled in our country building industry in reaching stylish, diversifies, durable products at affordable price while inviting our customers and those implementing civil projects to become familiar with our complex capabilities while visiting our production facilities.
The fist phase of our complex Urom Shayan Kaff was established with only one goal in mind to provide the top quality and cost effective tiles using the latest state of art manufacturing equipments. Urom Shayan Kaff started its operation at the end 2005.
The 15000 meter factory is built on 18000 square meter of land with modernized equipments that are able to increase the production based on the projected work load. The second phase of our complex is currently under construction in 27000 square meters.
Final construction will be preparation and installation of four production lines consisting of:

1. Single layered ceramic products in 20*40 – 40*60 – 30*30 – 40*40 cm.
2. Steps and plates in 135*35 cm.
3. Stone crushing and transformation of crushed stone to powder with different grain sizes.

The above complex by employing up to date mixing machinery and daily production of 5000 square meter will soon become one of the largest construction factories in our country.
The factory will provide simple and fast customer access throughout the country with suitable standard packaging in affordable price. It will also play a key role in area of export to international markets specially to neighboring countries and will play a key role in growth of country’s non oil exports and while providing high production and export capability and employment it will play a major role in the development of the area.

Manufacturing Equipment and Technical Knowledge:

The full automated production line was manufactured by one of the most famous Italian manufacturers using technical knowledge according to the recent European standards. The company is able to produce variety of durable tiles. The production these tiles are fully automated using robotic arms from mixing the ingredients all the way to the packaging process. Each production line is utilizing a 350 ton pressing machine, which is one of the latest pressing machines in the world. The factory is also equipped with state of art polishing system with highest accuracy. The packaging is also a fully automated process, which uses modern robotic arms.
